After the real estate recession in 2008, Carlos took his entrepreanurial chops to Northern California to headline a growing construction and development company. Using it as a springboard to asset management, he built a “one-stop” shop for property owners, investors, and commercial businesses to offer construction, development, property maintenance, and asset management for his portfolio worth over $500 million.
He now transitions his experience to brand new multi-family developments worth over $5 million per property to provide affordable and tranquil housing for Blue Collar America.
