Based on our studies and real estate trends, more of the population is becoming renters, so here at Anchor we are looking to provide housing to the working-class and fulfill development for those populations. We see that home sales in 2023 have simmered in the region.

Sacramento County has a lack of housing, needing close to 50,000 homes in the next 5 years, we see this as an area where we could assist in the development of those units by not only building but also providing asset management for those units being erected.
